Welcome to CAM — your local, friendly group for advanced motorcyclist training, riding development, and great company on two wheels. It’s the road to becoming the rider you were meant to be.
Cornwall Advanced Motorcyclists is dedicated to promoting excellence in motorcycle riding. Our mission is to equip riders with advanced skills and comprehensive road craft knowledge, ensuring safety and proficiency on the road. We believe in fostering a community where learning and camaraderie go hand in hand, creating a welcoming environment for all enthusiasts.
Free Assessed Rides
Curious about advanced riding? Try a free, no-pressure assessed ride with one of our nationally qualified Observers. Enjoy great Cornish roads and learn valuable safety tips.
Who can take part?
Anyone with a full motorcycle licence and a roadworthy bike. No obligation, just great insight into safer more effective riding.
Advanced Rider Training
We support riders through the IAM RoadSmart Advanced Riding Course. You'll get one-to-one guidance from a qualified Observer, a detailed ride report after each session, and access to IAM's online resources.
- 6–12 coached rides on average
- Associate handbook & online tutorials
- Test-ready support
- Cost: £219 (Includes full IAM membership, test fee & CAM support & membership)
